Charged $14.95 for rewards program. I did not authorize charge. Seems a lot of people are scammed for this.
Item also arrived late.
Very shady practice.
Place a order 04-30-2020. Post Office drop it off. Open Shipping Box item broken. Ask Mail person what to do. She replied call Miles Kimball. Get a return Postage. Sticker. Problem have been trying three days to contact miles kimball. AS soon as they ask how can i help you, and you state the problem they drop you. I can't say Im a happy camper. Most likely will throw any other books in the trash. And yes I did check the review good and bad. Now we have one more for the bad side reviews.

I have bought different things from Miles Kimball and am always satisfied with the results.
I was disappointed in my purchase so wanted to return only to find out to return was going to cost me half of the purchase price. A return label would be appreciated
I never knew this company existed but a good tip in my search for table coverings for my round table was just what I needed. I ordered 5 table cloths, the price was great and delivery in good time. I will be looking for additional products when needed
Didn't receive my earring backings. Other than that, I always enjoy the items I order.
My wife placed an order for $24 - final total added $3.99 for "handling" and $8.99 for shipping! No shipping options and no information about when and how will be shipped!

We placed an order, but only received one of the 3 items order. However, we did receive an email stating that other items would be shipped as soon as they were available. Still waiting, but hopefully will receive them soon. Have ordered before with no delay & were very satisfied. Hoping to receive items that are back ordered soon!
No surprise to me that Miles Kimball has a litany of bad reviews. I ordered some yucca seedlings, not available at my local nursery, and they arrived after many weeks as nonviable plants. In plain words, dried out and dead. I made several requests for a refund, or at least a resubmission, in which the MK staff spent far more time and resources rebuffing my requests than it would've taken to simply make a refund. Really bad business practice. Stay away from this place.
This and the other recent order I made were the two worst shopping experiences I ever had. Both orders were shipped with missing products. When I tried to explain this to your customer service department it was like pulling teeth to get her to understand why I was calling and she still wrote up one of them as an exchange and one as a return. I wasn't exchanging or returning anything. I was trying to get them to send me the rest of my order. I never knew for sure until I finally got the things I ordered whether I would receive them or not or whether I would be charged again even though I had already paid for these items. And when they sent the original order I thought I'd never receive them it took so long. Tracking several times showed they had never left the warehouse. I got my Christmas orders faster than these. I don't know if I will ever order from Miles Kimball again. It is just too many headaches and there are other places that sell most of the things I ordered and at a cheaper price and when I ordered from those companies I received my orders in no time at all and with no hassles at all. I'm very disappointed in this company and how these orders were handled
Somewhat slow shipping, and poor communication. Product decent, but a bit pricey. Would not purchase from again.
Be careful when making any purchases from Miles Kimball! They just add you to there REWARDS PROGRAM and start charging your credit card $14.95 a month without getting your permission! I will never purchase a thing from this company again! I would rather pay a trusted business more money than have MILES KIMBALL RIP ME OFF FOR MONTHS! Do your research as I will in the future!

They were reputable at one time, but it's been my bad experience that they are definitely scammers. Good luck trying to get a live customer service rep on the phone. If by chance you do, hopefully they won't be as rude to you as they were to me. Bottom line, I had to pay shipping both ways for a runner that was nothing short of cheap garbage. Definitely not what was pictured on the website and nowhere near the inflated cost they were charging. Please, be cautious and look around for other companies before you seriously consider purchasing from Miles Kimball.

They are scammersbased on my experience. They scam people into signing up for a membership. Once you purchase something on their website they have your credit card information an can now bill you for a membership that you did not sign up for.
